Knowledge Is Power! - Impulses for Business Events and Live Communication
In a world shaped by complex challenges, events remain one of the most vital platforms for addressing our economic, political, and societal questions. Business events drive knowledge exchange and innovation, foster trust, and thus contribute to economic growth and job creation. To live up to this relevance and unlock the future potential of Germany as a destination for meetings and conferences in a nuanced yet dynamic way, we need inspiration, innovative concepts, and an open mindset.
Together with the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO, the GCB German Convention Bureau has launched a Thought Leader Panel (TLP). The TLP was established as a permanent panel with the thematic focus on "Business Events as a Communication Tool". Experts from science, corporates and associations regularly exchange ideas on current focal points and innovative topics in order to provide new impetus for business events and live communication.

Thought Leaders from Corporates, Science, and Associations
As leading decision-makers from the fields of marketing and communications in corporates, as those responsible for scientific congresses, and as experts for the cross-sectional functions of digitization, innovation, and sustainability, the TLP's currently 10 members bring well-founded expertise to the dialog.
With this pool of know-how, the Thought Leader Panel will actively shape the future of business events as a central communication tool and set new impulses.
