Whether it's the Bolzbox for UEFA Euro 2024, the SketchBot for your AI-generated portrait, "Schubladenhelden" for your retired mobile phones, or a variety of presentations from our exhibitors and partners, the new Business Boulevard at the Germany Pavilion is your "place to be" at IMEX 2024 in Frankfurt. Pick out your highlights and mark your calendars!
Hundreds of millions of old mobile phones are lying unused in offices, homes, and apartments. Now is the time to liberate them from drawers and turn them into heroes! The SCHUBLADENHELDEN project emerged from a collaboration of companies and associations in the Düsseldorf area.
Join us and simply bring your old mobile phone or smartphone (multiple are welcome) to IMEX Frankfurt and drop it into the collection box located at the Business Boulevard.
Why? These phones will be refurbished and distributed to people in precarious financial situations through the job center and Caritas, enabling digital participation. Additionally, you'll contribute to environmental protection: recycled old phones yield resources like gold, copper, and cobalt, reducing the need for environmentally harmful mining. Non-recyclable materials will be disposed of properly, preventing further environmental impact.
Your AI Portrait with SketchBot
Would you like an unusual souvenir from IMEX Frankfurt 2024? Then you should plan a stop at our "SketchBot." The AI-based drawing robot initially captures a digital portrait photo of you via a tablet and then, in about 30 seconds, sketches a portrait of you - you can watch the robot arm in action live. You are, of course, welcome to take the printout with you!

The UEFA EURO 2024 - the men's European Football Championship - is right around the corner! So why not pass the ball during a business meeting for once? That's exactly what you can do at the "Bolzbox" on the Business Boulevard on all three days of IMEX Frankfurt 2024.
