The aim was to develop future scenarios for the role of events, to describe the resulting success factors and prerequisites, and to derive changed requirements for events, organizations, locations, and personnel.
In addition, new key performance indicators (KPIs) have been established in order to make the success of future events, whose requirements have changed, measurable.
