Meetings in New Dimensions
The Plenary Building of the former German Bundestag and the Main Building make up the World Conference Center Bonn. Multifunctional usage options, an advanced ICT infrastructure and high-quality conference technologycan accommodate all types of events for up to 7,000 people.
The WorldCCBonn is located in close proximity to the UN campus. Easy access to the conference centre is guaranteed by its proximity to the motorway and good public transport connections.
A glassroof spans the spacious, light-filled foyer on the entrance floor of the mainbuilding, which offers catering and/or exhibition space over approximately 1,600 m².
The largest hall, New York, covers an area of 2,550 m² and can accommodate up to 3,000 people in row seating, while the gallery offers further 730 places. The hall can be extended by an additional 660 seats thanks to the adjoining hall Genf with removable partitions. The halls Nairobi, Vienna, Bangkok and Addis Abeba are located on the Entrance and Rhine Levels, offering modular meetingrooms with a capacity for up to 600 people in row seating.
The underground Rhine passage connects the Main Building to the Plenary Building.
Located directly at the Rhine the former Plenary Chamber of the German Bundestag is an exceptional venue, where parliamentarians met from 1992 to 1999.
The Plenary Chamber can accommodate events for up to 1,230 people. The Lobby and Rhine Lobby offer a total area of 1,580m² for exhibitions and/or catering.
