The conference foyer (288 sqm) can be used as additional exhibition space if required and there are also another eleven conference rooms ranging in size from 30 to 200 sqm. The wide sandy beach starts outside the hotel, which is the location of a navigation light 117 metres above ground, one of the highest in Europe. Guests have breathtaking views of huge ferries passing by the hotel and of the Passat, a historical ship moored on the opposite bank of the estuary.
