True to this philosophy, the training area has been designed in accordance with the latest research findings from the Fraunhofer Institute.

More than 80 seminar rooms with state-of-the-art media technology can be flexibly arranged for between four and 100 people. All seminar rooms have floor-level windows looking out into the Odenwald forest and Rhineland Plain. Inside, the rooms lead out onto corridors with coffee points and private areas for group work. Training can also be conducted outdoors in the centre's own parkland.

After a day of learning, participants are able to enjoy an extensive range of leisure activities at the training centre. They can get some exercise in the fitness centre with its pool and sauna, or go jogging, walking and mountain biking in the fresh air at the Odenwald nature reserve.
