Allseated revolutionizes the collaboration between venue, vendor, planner and organizer through cloud based event planning. Virtual site inspections and collaboration on one platform save resources and create synergies in event planning. Online meetings can be held directly in the location and the event rooms can be individually equipped with seating options and sold virtually via Allseated. The virtual event can then take place in the digital twin of the live event venue.

Virtual site inspections in the digital twin
The ability to virtually visit venues is an innovative alternative that has become reality in times of the crisis. With its uncomplicated solution for virtual site-inspections, Allseated meets the current needs of the industry: Online meetings can be held directly in the location and the event rooms can be sold virtually via Allseated Connect. Based on "Realview" views recorded in the highest quality using Matterport scans, the room can be walked through in a virtual site inspection and individually equipped with seating options. Whether it is on a PC, smartphone, tablet or with VR glasses.

Allseated exVo represents mobility and interaction between event participants in the digital twin of the venue. The virtual 3D parallel world in the Digital Twin, i.e. the virtual image of the real event venue, from Allseated enables hybrid and virtual events and trade fairs to take place. Attendees can visit trade show booths in 3D and network with exhibitors and other attendees on-site via video conferencing. Exhibitors also have the option to invite their booth visitors to a virtual site inspection, store information digitally and increase leads through the extended reach and the innovative possibilities of interaction.
