A look at the space available in the Congresshalle shows the versatility of the halls and foyers. Conferences, congresses, trade fairs and exhibitions; ceremonies, galas, concerts, shows and much more are possible on three levels. The rooms not only offer high technical standards, but thanks to their architecture also offer a tremendous level of flexibility and atmosphere.
The heart of the Congresshalle is the Great Hall, which has excellent acoustics and seating for up to 1,295. The Deutsche Radiophilharmonie and the Orchestra of the Staatstheater Saarbrücken can confirm this, as they have been using this room for their concerts for years. Its hexagonal shape is enclosed by the two large foyers, which is perfect for guiding visitors around in a circle – excellent for exhibitions and trade fairs.
Our customers' favourite room is the light-flooded Saal West. It has floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides (6 metres) and views of the Bürgerpark. However, it is also our all-rounder, as it is characterised by a particularly variable room concept that is not matched by any other room. The room can be presented in more than 30 different combinations.
A forecourt of almost 7,000 square metres with the appropriate infrastructure invites you to successful organise outdoor highlights, open air events, markets and much more.
Adjoining the Congresshalle is an upscale Italian restaurant - the Ristorante ROMA.
