In September 2026, memox opened a new venue for meetings, workshops and events in Düsseldorf’s city centre. Covering a total area of 1,400 square metres, the venue offers eight flexible spaces that can be configured to suit a wide range of formats, from agile workshops and offsites to seminars and conferences.

Located at Herzogstraße 15, just a few steps from Königsallee, the venue combines flexible room layouts with an environment designed to encourage collaboration and creative exchange. With its roots in Switzerland, memox has already established its concept at successful locations in Zurich, Basel, Stuttgart and Frankfurt. This year, new venues were added in Munich, Cologne, Hamburg and Berlin. Hilton Frankfurt Airport is bringing a fresh approach to the event landscape in the Rhine-Main region with STELLAIRE, a new event concept developed in partnership with Encore. Reimagining traditional event formats, STELLAIRE combines state-of-the-art event technology, immersive venue design and innovative AV solutions to create memorable experiences for up to 2,000 guests. The concept is ideally suited for product launches, international conferences and hybrid events alike.

With 583 guest rooms and a prime location at Frankfurt Airport, complemented by direct access to long-distance rail services and the motorway network, the hotel offers outstanding connectivity for national and international meetings, conferences and events. H Rewards Meetings is the dedicated meetings and events extension of the H Rewards loyalty program, designed especially for event planners, corporate bookers and SME clients. It allows H Rewards Members to earn Points on eligible meetings and event spend at participating hotels.

Berlin’s hotel sector is continuing to evolve, further strengthening the city’s standing as one of Europe’s most dynamic destinations for business travel and events.

One of the most prominent projects is the Estrel Tower, scheduled to open at the end of 2026. Rising 176 metres above Neukölln, it is set to become Germany’s tallest hotel. The development will add 522 rooms, alongside extensive event space. At the same time, the Berlin Marriott, Hilton Berlin and Hotel Bristol are investing in major upgrades, modernising both their design and their meeting infrastructure. Recent openings also reflect the city’s diversity.
