MR Congress is a full-service agency covering the complete MICE spectrum on an international level, organizing more than 300 events every year, holding allocations for all the major medical congresses worldwide.
MR Congress &Incentive GmbH was founded in 1993 by Mareen Rühmkorf. Today, its 25 employees from Germany, France, Italy and Spain are qualified, professional experts from the congress, hotel, events and communications industry. As a special service, MR Congress offers its own in house design and graphic department. Each event is tailor made to the individual requirements of the client – be it a small meeting or an international congress with more than 1,000 participants. A complete one-stop service is provided, both in Germany and worldwide, from meetings and incentive activities to congresses and events. Many years of experience in destination management have enabled MR Congress to build up a well-established global network of hotels, venues and service providers. The client's ideas, expectations and wishes are key, the very basis of the agencies core philosophy of providing a complete service at all stages of any event. The approach is focused on providing comprehensive customer support during every phase of the consultancy, planning, organization and implementation process. As a DMC, MR Congess operates not only in Berlin, but also throughout the whole of Germany. But not solely on a domestic level; about one third of the events are staged internationally, from medical congresses to creative incentive activities.
