MARITIM Hotels - unique meeting spaces
Maritim Hotels is Germany’s leading hotel chain for conferences and events. With 34 first class hotels throughout Germany, Maritim offers the perfect location for any event.
One of Maritim’s most unique meeting locations is the old riding hall located at the Maritim Hotel Stuttgart. The riding hall was built in 1885 and was initially used to develop the city’s horse market.
During that period, equitation events, circus and opera shows as well as exhibitions and presentations took place in the riding hall which was built in the renaissance style.
In 1926 the riding hall was sold to entrepreneur Robert Bosch who established the original head office of the “Robert Bosch GmbH” in the area next to the riding hall.
The riding hall was severely destroyed during World War II but was rebuilt close to its original shape. Since 1993 the old riding hall belongs to the Maritim Hotel Stuttgart and has since then served as an unique meeting space for many international events and meetings.
