PCO services

Organising and realising meetings and conventions involves a variety of sometimes highly complex tasks that are closely intertwined. The PCOs in the GCB are experts who - based on and mainly due to their long experience - are in a position to offer these services as a one-stop provider.

Additionally, they will help you with their experience, creativity and ideas and their special commitment to each customer (e.g. by advance financing) to bear possible unforeseeable risks, as they are willing to assume comprehensive responsibility for many different areas. Quality profile of a PCO in the GCB:

• The member company has at least three years of experience working as a full-service PCO, is based in Germany, employs qualified staff members, who focus exclusively on organising conventions, and stages events in Germany.
• The member company has organised at least five international conventions in Germany in the past three years:
  
• Each of the five conventions must have lasted for at least three days.
• The conventions must have been attended by over 300 delegates each (without escorts).
• Attendees at each of these conventions must have been from more than five countries.
• The member company offers the services quoted in the list of PCO services
