How to organise meetings and conventions successfully and professionally


Before you start organising a meeting or convention you should ask yourself the following questions:
  • What requirements must you meet?
  • Which of these requirements can you meet yourself?
People often underestimate the expenses and work that preparations entail. This can soon generate a huge workload and financial burden, and in the worst case it may affect your event to the dissatisfaction of attendees.

This can be avoided. Using our checklist you can create a requirement profile, based on which you can decide whether you meet the requirements or whether you should seek external support for certain tasks.
