As the PCOs have a lot of experience with meetings and conventions of different types and sizes, they can estimate the costs

• the more precise an impression they have of your project and
• the better they know the framework conditions.

Give the PCO all print media (print materials) that you have of comparable earlier events.
Please create a project description that features the following aspects:

• Event
• Host
• Type of event
• Event elements
• Venue
• Time/duration
• Programme
• Number of attendees
• Exhibition (space, number of exhibitors)
• Target group
• Address list
