Price/performance ratio

The price should never be the sole criterion for selecting an agency. For example, the public sector has to select according to the best price/performance ratio and not just the lowest price.

PCOs in the GCB have high quality standards, which they can only maintain by providing the necessary infrastructure and competent staff members.
