Geographical aspects

PCOs in the GCB are able to organise events world-wide.

If special expertise on geographical or local aspects is needed in certain areas, PCOs can use their international networks. 
So the choice of a PCO should not necessarily depend on where he is based. This is rather an aspect you should assess from the angle of proximity to the customer, i.e. how important it is for you that "your" project manager is in your vicinity.

Due to constantly improving communication and travel facilities this aspect may play a secondary role.
