Size is not necessarily a quality hallmark but for handling large meetings and conventions, particularly in the most stressful phase, it is sometimes indispensable. 

All PCOs in the GCB have both regular employees and a pool of free-lance staff members, so that they can react flexibly to a changing workload in the course of the project.

However, the quality of the PCO's staff members is much more important. The PCO has qualified staff members who have acquired their know-how and expertise both through vocational and further training and professional experience with countless projects, many of which are similar to your event.

Ask for the qualifications of staff members who are responsible for you and your project.
