Briefing, offers and presentation
A detailed briefing enables you to compare offers and helps you select the right agencyThe briefing is decisive for the success of your meeting or convention:
- The better the briefing, the better the offer
- The better the offer, the easier it is to compare
- The easier it is to compare, the better the selection
- The better the selection, the greater your success
Under project description, required services and questionnaire we will offer you advice and a list of questions, with the help of which you can create a detailed and optimum briefing.
Note
Preparing and assessing offers costs time and therefore money.
You should only request offers from the relevant agencies that you have identified after checking the selection criteria.
Personal note:
The preparation of the overall budget, which goes beyond the calculation of the PCO's own/internal costs (services rendered by the PCO himself), costs time and money (e.g. for cost estimates), which must usually be paid for. However, often one can only decide when developing the overall budget, whether and to what extent a co-operation with a PCO can be realised. Therefore, we recommend that you first prepare an overall budget with the PCO you selected after the briefing and offer phase, without this entailing a binding obligation to work together and remunerate this separately.
However, an overall budget can usually only be prepared by an ordinary businessman - which PCOs in the GCB are - against a reimbursement of the costs.
