Site Study: Incentives in Germany
The objective of this study was to investigate the German market for incentives, in particular for incentive travel. The following issues were examined in detail:
- What incentive types are used?
- How large are expenses for incentives?
- What travel contents and destinations are in demand?
- What does the decision-making process in the client companies entail?
- Which target groups – in-house and external – is incentive travel used for?
- What objectives do the offering companies pursue?
- How are incentive trips specifically organised?
