Nor should one miss the pulse, adrenalin, fun and excitement of large-scale German sporting championships and spectator events.

Motor sports are also big incentive favourites in Germany with, for example, visits to the motor racing circuit at the Hockenheim Ring or tests to improve upon driving skills at Germany’s numerous renowned car safety and motor rally parcours.

Nor should one forget that Germany also has 150 cycle routes, 40,000 km of cycle-ways, 10,000 km of navigable waterways and some 2,400 km of rugged and sandy coastline with 18 large offshore islands.

This can all be creatively and successfully incorporated into incentive leisure-time, team-building and team-cohesion programmes.
