Consecration of the Frauenkirche at the Hilton Dresden

The Hilton Dresden has been a partner and supporter of the reconstruction of the Frauenkirche Dresden for many years. Its 300 employees were looking forward to the consecration of the Frauenkirche on 30th October and to the ‚Festival of the First Three Days’ when over 100,000 visitors from all over the world were expected.
 
The hotel’s first-class catering service catered for the official reception for the Frauenkirche’s consecration on 30th October in the Antikenhalle of the Albertinum. Around 1,000 high-ranking guests are expected including German President Horst Köhler, former German Presidents Dr. Richard von Weizsäcker and Prof. Dr. Roman Herzog, former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder, Dr. Angela Merkel, Bundesrat President Matthias Platzeck, Minister President of Saxony Georg Milbradt together with the ambassadors of the USA, Great Britain and France and the Duke of Kent representing the British Royal Family.

’Dresden Jewels’ in the Westin Bellevue Dresden

The Westin Bellevue Dresden is offering an arrangement entitled ‚Dresden Jewels’ on the occasion of the anniversary of its partnership with the Semper Opera Dresden and the Radeberger export brewery. From November 2005 it will also include tickets for exclusive concerts in the Dresden Frauenkirche.

Arrangement includes:
