Special meeting offers in Berlin, Stuttgart and Leipzig

Berlin summer meetings at Clarion Hotel Berlin

From 1 June to 31 August 2005 Clarion Hotel Berlin offers a special summer meeting package in time for the summer season.

For a price of 54 euros per person, meeting-goers can look forward to:

• Meeting drinks in the room (ice tea with lemon, mineral water)
• Mid-morning coffee break: yoghurt drink (e.g. strawberry) with fruit, croissants with jam and marmalade, coffee, tea
• Mid-afternoon coffee break: fresh quark with fruit, plus fruit juice with water, coffee, tea
• Equipment: overhead projector, screen in a suitable size, flip chart with paper and pens, desk pads with paper and pens
• Meeting room: room rent and overhead costs of room suited to the number of persons
• Light summer business lunch or summery business lunch buffet
• Followed by: frozen chocolates and a cup of coffee

Le Royal Méridien Hamburg and Le Méridien Stuttgart with low-priced meeting arrangements

The hotels Le Royal Méridien Hamburg and Le Méridien Stuttgart also offer low-priced meeting arrangements in the summer months July and August.

In Stuttgart you can book one-day meetings for 53 euros per person, while the same package costs 59 euros in Hamburg. It includes everything an organiser could desire, from room rent and meeting equipment inc. beamer to coffee breaks with unlimited fruit, milk shakes, soft drinks and a three-course lunch. 

For 199 euros per person (standard price: 268 euros) Le Royal Méridien Hamburg offers a summer meeting package inc. one overnight stay in an Art + Tech room, and Le Méridien Stuttgart an intimate meeting in a business suite, both including meeting equipment, overnight stay, all meals and all-round services.

Refreshing meetings in Leipzig in July and August 2005
