Summer has finally arrived – time to relax, take some sun and breathe in the fresh air! Beach clubs in cities such as Cologne and Frankfurt am Main offer cool, unusual and memorable riverside locations for your meetings events and incentive travel programmes. A number of GCB member hotels and hotel groups are also offering a number of special Summertime arrangements for you and your clients.

Germany will be at the centre of world media attention from 9th June until 9th July 2006 as host country of the FIFA World Cup 2006™. Three million visitors, one million of whom are expected to travel from abroad, will be greeted by the slogan: A time to make friends!™ A very special experience awaits them all, especially in their encounters with local people in the twelve German host cities.
