With easy-to-follow menu options it offers a comprehensive range of services that make planning events much easier and provide valuable information. In addition to trends, case studies and meeting industry terminology, the site offers hands-on tools.

The most important tools are amongst others:

  The best value of an offer can be determined by comparing the prices of rooms, catering and meeting packages of various hotels, convention centres and resorts.
• Meeting Room Setup
  Room layouts and the available technical facilities give you specific ideas for planning your meeting.
• Space Calculator
  With this tool you can determine the necessary room size for a required number of attendees or the number of delegates for an available room.
• Room Dimensions Converter
  Important for meetings in the US: room dimensions are quoted in the metric system.
• Currency Converter
  Useful for planning international events: You can download entire budgets in the most common currencies.
