Turn the lights out and turn the spotlights on! The following branch events in 2009 should in no way be missed by any MICE business suppliers:

From 26th to 29th May 2009, IMEX incorporating  meetings made in Germany - the leading trade fair for meetings, incentives and events - will take place in Frankfurt am Main for the seventh time running. The organisers already reckon with more than 3,500 exhibitors from 150 countries around the globe. This is a further chapter in what to-date has been a major meetings industry success story! The continuation of this positive tale is the primary goal and leading task of the Germany IMEX stand. The GCB German Convention Bureau, together with its chosen partners, will present both Germany’s MICE branch and Germany as a meetings and congress destination in all its exciting variety and wonderful diversity in 2009.

The ‘IMPACT workshop meetings industry germany 2009’ invites you, in contrast, to attend a premiere: ‘Away from the classic trade fair format to the business-generating workshop’ is the motto of this new event. It takes place for the very first time from 29th January to 1st February 2009 in the Kempinski Grandhotel Heiligendamm and promises undisturbed face-to-face dialogue between German meetings suppliers and hand-picked European buyers with decision-making authority and concrete planning requirements. The goal of pcma, the IMPACT organising agency, is to attract congresses, conferences, meetings, seminars and events to Germany on a long-term basis – without the usual time and budget costs associated with such enterprises.
