Meeting Newsletter for Germany

Dear Readers,

the following is our sincere promise to the international MICE branch:

We will never get tired!
• Although Germany has, for the fourth time in succession, come in at the top of all European meetings and event destinations in the recently published ICCA country rankings !
• Although Germany, on a global scale, is only preceded by the USA.
• Although the gap between Germany and the USA has been narrowed!
Meetings and congress destination Germany will in future by no means sit on its laurels. Its diversity of offerings and quality of service for meetings, incentives, congresses and events will be continually developed and further expanded. Promise!

We know from the recent Meetings & Event Barometer that meetings and events planners from all over the world trust and rely upon our word. If this was not the case, the number of events in 2007 would not have risen by 6% - to 2.8 million in total. The number of participants rose in the same year by 8% - to 314 million.

Therefore, at this point: many thanks for your kind trust and for your continued confidence – you will not be disappointed!

We very much look forward to seeing you soon in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Dresden, Leipzig, Nuremberg, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart or Cologne…
