New ICM portal offers all-round information
ICM Munich’s new all-round internet portal is online for clients and partners alike since the beginning of November 2006 – it is more comprehensive and quicker than ever before. Event planners can inform themselves in advance about the many services, spatial and technical possibilities offered by ICM. The ICM website has been completely re-structured on the basis of previous user behaviour and feedback. Key components include a new navigation structure, clarity and functionality. Planners can access quick, clear and detailed overviews of what meeting venues have to offer via comprehensive photo material, detailed floor and room layout plans in either 3-D animation or PFD formats. A new ‘room search’ function allows organisers and agencies to source rooms according to individual wishes and requirements. An additional service tool will be available from Springtime next year: clients who have already placed events in ICM’s capable hands can comfortably access and exchange planning details and other necessary information with ICM staff on an ongoing basis in a special secure area.Page infos
