New Christmas party concepts at Swissôtel Düsseldorf / Neuss

Swissôtel Düsseldorf / Neuss is adding two new themes to its successful Christmas party concept. On 28 November 2003 it launched its first Hut Magic season. The Pavilion room was completely revamped for Christmas and turned into a wintry mountain hut. For this purpose the hotel designed a full package including an aperitif, festive buffet, non-alcoholic drinks, beer on tap, select wines, coffee (drinks from 7:00 p.m. to midnight inclusive). The aim was to create a suitable venue for Christmas parties with 10 to 80 people, including decorations, setting and catering, and to offer the guest a reliable basis of calculation.

The concept proved successful and this year Swissôtel will again be offering Hut Magic from 24 November to 22 December 2006 for the fourth time running.
Additionally, another room will be decorated according to the “American Christmas” theme for the first time. From 05 December to 22 December 2006 it will also be offered as part of a complete package. Ideal for 30 to 50 people who want to celebrate an American-style Christmas Party – lavish and colourful and with American food and drinks.

The range of offerings would be incomplete without an alternative for groups of 200 to 300 people. Swissôtel Düsseldorf / Neuss suggests: Christmas Cave – Christmas in a Cave! Mysterious and out of the ordinary, either with casual beer garden-style seating or with festive and elegantly laid round tables – the hotel’s congress department will be pleased to help with inquiries. 

By the way, you can also rent the cave for events at Swissôtel outside the Christmas season!
